Among crooked nose, bulbous nose, upturned nose, and hump nose, which case is the most difficult? My friend had her first rhinoplasty, and she says it feels like the nasal tip is gradually drooping, so she’s looking into revision surgery. As far as I know, I heard that a low bulbous nose is extremely difficult, like the hardest level.
