My surgery is next week, so I needed some certainty and went for another consultation, but the manager in charge had quit lol Since last time, I was stressed because they were slow to contact me while scheduling the re-consultation, and once they did contact me, replies came hours later. But it’s actually better. The new manager is kinder and replies faster Does this happen often originally..? Sudden resignation…?? I was like, huh.. but it turned out to be for the better, so I’m still planning to go ahead with the surgery haha
