After my first surgery I developed contracture, so revision is already unavoidable; Honestly, I didn’t like the original line either... But is it possible to get a dramatic line even using autologous costal cartilage? With a contracted nose, can you just not choose the line..? I’m looking at Aㄴㅅㅌ, Miㅈ, and Ruㅂㄹ pretty favorably, but I also feel like three places might not be enough
