22 years ago, when liposuction was just starting to appear, I had liposuction like a test subject. At first I was satisfied, but too much fat was removed, so my hips sagged and I developed banana folds that were hard to overcome even with exercise As I got older and gained weight, the dents and unevenness in my thighs started to show more. I am looking into revision surgery, but there are not really any suitable hospitals. Please really research well before you go for your first surgery. And if you think you are just average or slightly chubby, absolutely do not get liposuction. Please do diet + exercise.. As time passes, no matter how well the surgery was done, if you gain weight, there is no way the unevenness will not appear, so it becomes noticeable.
