Recently, the reputation in this community was good, and people said the director explains things in detail, so I went. The waiting time made me a little tired, but accordingly, the director tends to explain things very thoroughly and meticulously. After taking a CT scan, he explained while drawing on the monitor, and I was like, is it okay to do that on there,,? lololol I guess he erases all that again later. I wanted to do it without an implant, but since my nasal bridge is so low, he recommended using silicone if possible. When I asked what it would be like to only do nostril/alar base reduction, he said the nostril openings would probably become a bit smaller and that it would be difficult. Personally, I had a resistance to silicone, but because the director consulted with me for so long, my resistance to implants did go down a little.

The director here was also very meticulous. Since I had resistance to implants, I checked the website in advance. I was curious about autologous dermis rhinoplasty? so I asked, but since my nasal bridge is too low, they recommended silicone if possible... It was nice that they showed me before-and-after photos with nose shapes similar to mine during the consultation. There were also more foreigners here than I expected.
The consultant in charge explained things in great detail. But they said it would look prettier if I did fat grafting together too, so it felt like things were being added one by one.

From structural principles to surgical techniques, it felt like he had his own know-how. When I looked at the reputation, I saw a lot of comments saying the director scolds people? but he didn’t scold me at all. Maybe because this was the 3rd place I went to, my concentration dropped a bit. I wondered if going to 3 places in one day was too much. The consultant wasn’t extremely kind, but wasn’t bad either.
