Hi!! I usually worry about arm firmness and excess fat, so I decided to do fat extraction first! I read a lot of reviews before going, and what I was most worried about was the anesthesia process. The medication injection was more bearable than I expected, but the skin anesthesia was really... kind of painful... Still, the pain was brief, so it was okay. When they were extracting, I felt it less. If it seemed like it might sting even a little, the director controlled it well, so I think I was able to receive it more comfortably. Right now, the bruising is worse than on the day of the procedure, and I think it will gradually get worse, so I'm going to start cardio tomorrow! The pain is more of a heavy? stiff? feeling than actual pain, so daily life is totally possible lololololol I don't know why I worried and kept putting it off until now I recommend that anyone thinking about it stop worrying and hurry up and do it~~
