Would it be okay to use silicone again? I used silicone and donated costal cartilage. Then I got inflammation and had them removed, and now it has been about 7 months, so I’m looking into doing it again. Some say the inflammation may have happened because silicone didn’t suit me, but honestly I feel like nothing raises the nose as reliably as silicone
