I had non-incisional eye-shape correction and medial canthoplasty performed by the director at [Clinic A]. I’ll post the photos too.
There wasn’t much I disliked about my original eye shape, but I had monolids and slightly opened my eyes with my forehead. I wanted a subtle double eyelid, correction of forehead-assisted eye opening, and slightly clearer-looking eyes.
Because I had a clear direction in mind, I looked for a place where my needs and the director’s opinions could be coordinated well, rather than somewhere that would strongly steer me in a particular direction. I ended up having the surgery at [Clinic A], haha.
Even during the consultation, the director listened very carefully and seemed extremely attentive to details, and I feel that this was reflected in the surgery as well. I asked for my eyes to look clearer while preserving their current impression, and I think the result came out exactly that way.
I wanted to avoid anything overly dramatic, such as an excessively high semi-out fold or an overly widened eye shape, and I think the director reflected that very well. I thought it might be more difficult to make the eyes clearer without changing their shape, but the director seems to be very skilled.
