Under-eye fat repositioning consultation review ([Clinic A])

I deliberated for about a year and plan to have the procedure this year, so here is my consultation review. I still have more consultations scheduled, so I’ll add updates as I visit each place. 1) Clinic: [Clinic A] * Anesthesia: sedation * Location: about a 10-minute walk from Sinsa Station * Aftercare: bruising may last one to two weeks depending on the individual; I was told that after surgery I would only need to have the tape removed, without a separate follow-up visit. * Coordinator’s opinion: said fat grafting did not seem particularly necessary and that I should think of the duration of the result as about 10 years. * Surgeon’s opinion: explained that the under-eye fat was neither insufficient nor excessive, so whether to perform fat grafting was uncertain. I had also asked whether my eyes were the type that needed fat grafting, and rather than pushing it, they said I could first undergo lower-eyelid fat repositioning, observe the progress, and then decide about fat grafting, which made them seem trustworthy. * Event price: in the low-to-mid one-million-won range on the condition that I write a review. * Overall impression: Both the surgeon and coordinator were extremely kind, so the consultation felt good. The coordinator also said she had undergone the procedure there, which made me trust the clinic more, and she carefully asked whether I had any questions. I was curious about septum reinforcement and possible complications, and the postoperative care is one-to-one. Among the clinics I visited that day, the facilities and overall setup seemed fine. I still have three consultations left, but I paid a deposit and left.
