I'm planning to have surgery in winter, but I wanted to get consultations first, so I went to three places. I looked mainly for places that would make it as natural as possible, and I went to the last place (ㅂㅌ) because I wanted to ask about forehead reduction as well.
1. ㅎㅁ This was a place I went to after getting a recommendation, almost thinking I would only visit here. It was my first breast consultation, so I was surprised when I was suddenly asked to undress and a staff member took photos with an iPad, but it seemed like it was to show me a virtual simulation, so it was okay. The director was really kind. I had seen consultation reviews saying they made you feel comfortable, and this was the first time I actually felt that.
Both inframammary fold incision and transaxillary incision are possible. I wanted Mentor Smooth, and it was possible. They recommended between a full B and C cup, saying I might regret going too small. Expected size: 300 cc.
They tried to match the implant and size I wanted as much as possible, and there was no pressure about implants. But after going to consultations at other places, I realized the consultation content wasn't extremely detailed, though it's a place I feel drawn to.
2. ㄴㅅㅌ
Both inframammary and transaxillary incisions are possible, but since I'm unmarried, they recommended inframammary because of scarring. Mentor Smooth is possible. A 275 cc high-profile implant is highly likely; they said they would dissect during surgery and choose between that and 300 cc. They said my rib cage itself is quite curved toward the left, so I might not be fully satisfied with that part. They place the implant higher at first so it drops naturally. No surgical bra.
I went because it was mostly recommended by acquaintances. The director was really honest, examined things in detail, and clearly told me when something seemed impossible. I liked it so much that I even paid a deposit on the same day, but after looking at review photos I got a little worried, so I've now received a refund for the deposit.
3. ㅂㅌ
Both inframammary fold incision and transaxillary incision are possible. Mentor Smooth is possible. Recommended 275-300 cc.
For the breasts, they said, similarly to the director at ㄴㅅㅌ, that I have upper-body asymmetry. The surgical plan was the same as No. 2, but because I have very little fat on my upper body, they recommended fat grafting to the cleavage area. The consultation was neither particularly good nor bad.
For forehead reduction, the director seemed confident? Not especially kind, but... gave me trust... They said they could reduce it by about 1.5. It was a very short consultation.
The end..
