Yesterday I went to the clinic and had my measurements taken Back circumference 88.5 -> 83.5 -5 cm decrease Weight 72.6 -> 59.1 -13.5 kg loss A 5 cm decrease from the back... That’s huge lolololol They said that because the back has a bony frame, rather than the measurement, you usually feel it more when trying on clothes and noticing they’ve become looser, but for me, the size shows too and the fit of my clothes has changed, so I’m so happy >.<
