While going around for consultations, I said I like that my aegyo-sal is thick when I smile, so I hoped it would stay the same. Some opinions said that fat may be getting pulled upward together, so it could become smaller after surgery, and others said aegyo-sal is muscle, so it isn't related. Will I only know after having the surgery? Or would it be better to have it done at a clinic that says it's unrelated..?
