Because of contracture, my nasal tip has lifted more than before, and when I try moving it, it feels tight and firm. Next week I'm going for consultations at Honesty, Baroko, Mijak, and Hanabi.... I don't want to give up on my nose shape. I'm not considering removal at all, but are there cases where removal absolutely must be done?
