Doing Consultations for Nose Removal <1>

Silicone nose filler 18 years ago Silicone + ear cartilage 8 years ago

It’s not a contracted or inflamed nose. I’m doing consultations for nose removal because of psychological anxiety, and because when I think about eventually being 80-90 years old, I wonder if I’ll have no choice but to remove it someday.

These are the hospitals I chose (I got a lot of help from the Naver Gaasa cafe ㅠㅠ)

1. ㅅㅅㅇ: Maybe because it was my first consultation and I asked questions with the clumsy knowledge I had, or maybe because I was confused, they didn’t explain in detail. To return to my original natural nose, the nasal tip needs to be done with septal cartilage or ear cartilage. The filler is removed through an open approach. 2. ㅅㅇ: By removing the filler and removing the capsule, the flesh can become bumpy, but it resolves with time. Cartilage must also be removed through an open approach. If the result is that the nasal ala is pressed down, there can be deformity. Skill is in how well the capsule is removed. Nasal tip extension is not needed. My original nose is a nose that spreads out but has a high nasal tip.

3. ㅂㅂ: Since I had been thinking about autologous dermis surgery for a long time, and this place does a lot of revision surgeries, I had a consultation. First, if the nasal capsule is removed too, the attached flesh also has to be dealt with, so it is not good. The capsule is naturally absorbed, and for 2 months the nose will keep changing shape as it adheres. They would not remove the capsule, would leave the ear cartilage in place, and remove only the silicone. For 2-3 months, they don’t know what the nose shape will become. They recommend doing dermis surgery immediately, but dermis surgery is possible after 6 months.

4. ㅍㄹㅁ: There is no need to remove the ear cartilage. Removing the capsule is also actually not good, and only the silicone can be removed through a closed approach. Since nose surgery was done, the nose has been altered, and the skin has become thinner, so it will be different from the original natural nose. The important thing is to prevent the nose from becoming upturned or coming out in a strange shape. They do not remove the filler forcefully. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ha... I still have three places left. After visiting 4 places, I’m starting to get a bit of a sense of it. I don’t think it’s necessarily true just because they’re called the so-called big three. Each director has their own method and says that it’s right, but honestly, I keep wondering whether that really is right.
