I finally got liposuction on my thighs and upper arms this time!! I originally had no plans to do it, and I lost 7 kg through dieting, but my inner thigh fat and upper arm fat didn’t go down at all, so I eventually decided on liposuction. At first, I got interested after seeing the Naver homepage, then after watching the clinic’s YouTube and reading community reviews, I decided I should do it here and went in haha First, I went for a consultation, and the wait time was about 3 minutes? It moved really quickly. The coordinator was a man, and he was extremely kind, and the manager was just as kind too haha. But it seems like they hire staff based on their faces here, everyone was so handsome and pretty. After consulting with the manager, the director came in and I had a consultation using a mirror. Rather than it feeling like overtreatment? he knew exactly the areas I needed. He said there was nothing to remove from the back, and that many people don’t remove the outer area to keep the line, so it was optional. So I decided to just remove the inner area But they do liposuction here under general anesthesia? Usually it’s done under sedation anesthesia, so I looked it up and found out doing it under sedation is really dangerous lol Apparently liposuction is safer under general anesthesia, and since you can’t move, it can be done much more smoothly So I did the InBody, then a few days later had the pre-op tests, and a few days after that I got the liposuction done.. I was a bit late on the day.ㅠㅠ They kindly helped me through everything, I changed clothes, took photos, brushed my teeth and gargled, washed my face, waited briefly, and then went straight into surgery! The operating table was seriously so cold. Then I fell asleep right away, and after I woke up I was moved to the recovery room. Wow, I was insanely cold, seriously… I was shaking like I was possessed, so the staff turned on an electric heating pad for me lol ㅠㅠ Thanks to that, I felt a bit more alive. And I don’t even know what state of mind I was in, but after being awake for 30 minutes I told the staff I could go home lol, and the staff said no, that I needed to rest for a few more hours, so I think I slept in the recovery room for about two? three hours lol. Thinking about that staff member now, I’m really grateful lol. Even at other clinics, after sedation anesthesia I try to go home right away… So I end up taking the bus while half-asleep and staggering around haha. Also, I had general anesthesia before, and back then my throat hurt so badly for 3 days, so I was a bit reluctant about general anesthesia, but after doing it here, it was really just like waking up from sleep and it was over. My throat didn’t hurt at all lol After sleeping well before leaving, I really felt fine. On the day itself, there was less pain than I expected. I can’t say there was none at all, but even when the bus jolted, it didn’t hurt one bit. I was originally going to take a taxi home, but at this level it felt just like usual, so I took the bus. Then when I got home, I took photos while wearing the compression garment to check, and seriously, so much had been removed… from my inner thighs… I thought I’d be happy if it went down even more from here. Since I went to the bathroom, I also looked after taking it off, and the line dropped straight down, so I’m thinking I did well choosing this place.. ㅠㅠ Now it’s day 4 since I had it done!! The swelling is definitely increasing little by little. Still, I confirmed on the day itself that a lot had been removed lol, so I’m not worried. But my calves have become thicker than my thighs. This is normally how it is, right?? lol lol I went to work right away today! When I take off the compression garment it really feels like being sliced with a knife, but moving around while wearing it is easy. I can even raise my arms up to my ears, and my thighs make me walk a bit awkwardly.. lol I think going to work is totally possible
