Before, it still showed even with makeup on, but now it’s barely visible with makeup, and even my bare face looks okay, so I’m very satisfied. This may be genetic, so I’m trying to manage it well, but I don’t know if applying eye cream will help. For those with severe under-eye fat, makeup absolutely won’t cover it, so surgery is the answerㅜㅜ
