I went for consultations at three hospitals that are well known for removal revision surgery because my silicone implant was moving. I decided to have the surgery at ㅋㅂㅈ, and I liked the director the most. First of all, the director is really kind and explains things well. They took a CT scan, looked inside my nose directly, touched my nose too, and overall it felt very thorough. Even when I asked a lot of questions, I didn’t feel pressured; rather, when I asked one thing, the doctor added several more explanations related to it. Removal was recommended, and when I showed the nose shape I wanted, the doctor said it would be fully possible even without an implant and seemed confident! For the nasal tip, the doctor said they would use ear cartilage and decide whether to use my existing septal cartilage as well after checking its condition. After surgery, the doctor personally took photos and did a virtual simulation of how the nasal line would come out, which helped a lot. What made me lean toward them the most was the AS period, and that even simple cosmetic dissatisfaction can be handled with AS within 3 years. Also, after surgery, every time I visit the hospital, the director will definitely check me personally? Overall, among all the hospitals I consulted at, this one felt like they spent the longest time on the consultation and examined everything the most carefully.
