I’m planning to do eyes and nose together, and as I’ve gotten older my eyes have gradually drooped, giving me a blank and sleepy-looking impression, so I was going to do my eyes, but it ended up leading to the nose too.

1. ㅇㅂㅈ Director ㅇㄱㅁ I liked the director’s mindset and confidence. He looked at things thoroughly during the consultation. Eyes: He diagnosed that I have no power to open my eyes and that I open them entirely with my eyebrows. Other places I consulted said they would do an incisional method and do something with the fat, but the director said that if you do an incision from the beginning, if it loosens later it can leave a lot of scarring, so he put that a bit lower in priority and said he could do it non-incisionally so it won’t loosen, and recommended an inner double eyelid with non-incisional ptosis correction?? Nose: Since my nose is low, short, and small, I thought I wouldn’t have many options and that the nose that could be made was probably already determined, so I didn’t even bring photos and just vaguely mentioned Ji Chang-wook or a handsome celebrity’s nose. He said I should do something that suits my own nose more than that, so I acknowledged and accepted that to some extent. He mentioned osteotomy and lowering the columella. I had a CT scan, and he said he would open the septum and then decide whether to use donated rib cartilage or not, and if used, it would be +1.2 million added to the estimate. I’m preparing with the assumption that it will be used from the start lol.

2. ㅍㄹㅁㅇ This was the first place I went for consultation, and there were a lot of people, a lot of consultations, and a lot of surgery patients.

Honestly, I don’t remember clearly, but while I was waiting, several directors were going in and out, and they talked about an incisional double eyelid and a dramatic nose. The consultant pressured me to book and the consultation wasn’t great, so I left quickly... It just didn’t fit me, but the system seemed organized and professional, so it looked good.

3. ㄱㄴ This was the consultation place after ㅍㄻㅇ, and I looked at both eyes and nose, with two directors, nose separately and eyes separately. Eyes: incisional method, upper eyelid fat repositioning. Nose: osteotomy, silicone, donated rib cartilage. They pressured me hard to book and said there were no dates. It was around before and after Chuseok.

After that, there were a few more places, but all of them pressured me to book. For the eyes, they all suggested incisional inner double eyelids, and for the nose, places that do osteotomy and places that don’t were about half and half. For the nose, it seems they all use donated rib cartilage.

Seniors, I don’t know how I should do the nose design. I’m scared, and also going with the feeling of “let’s get it over with quickly while I have time,” like a groom somehow walking into a wedding hall lol.

I booked a date, but when designing, should I bring photos... or should I trust and leave it to the director’s discretion? It seems like what can be done with my nose is probably already limited (I don’t want to force it into something extremely dramatic). I’m still unsure... Please help.
