First surgery: septal cartilage + ear cartilage stacked to raise the tip (no implant) >> nasal tip cartilage showed through and became pointy & bulbous nose correction wasn’t done at all & it felt like it didn’t suit my image
Revision: osteotomy + trimming the ear cartilage and placing donated dermis over it + MegaDerm between the eyebrows >> I said I wanted my nose to look rounder
I hope the MegaDerm between my eyebrows doesn’t get absorbed anymore! I have a pimple on the nasal bridge, so I have a regenerative patch on it
