First of all, the consultation manager was a man, and he was thorough, listened well, and seemed to respond properly and check on what I wanted, so honestly, as someone who is a bit picky, I liked that part. During the consultation with the director, he explained why this implant would be good and told me the differences in volume and why he recommended the specific model. He seemed a bit stiff, like he only said exactly what was necessary, but he answered all my questions well, so honestly I got the impression that his work process was clean and efficient, and I felt like he would handle my aftercare and responses well within a reasonable range.
