I went for a revision surgery consultation today. I had my first double eyelid surgery 7 years ago with a partial incision, and one place said they would find and remove the existing stitches. Another place said they wouldn't be able to find all of them anyway, and if they tried, it would become bumpy, so they said they would do the revision surgery without removing the stitches. The two hospitals said different things... Does anyone know what is usually done during revision surgery??
