This is my review of bulbous nose surgery!

I was so self-conscious about my bulbous nose that I really wanted to get surgery, so as soon as I became an adult, I had bulbous nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. But at the time, I didn’t know that I needed to do both online and in-person research, gather information, have lots of consultations, and then choose a hospital, so I just heard that it was a hospital recommended by one of my mother’s acquaintances and went straight into surgery. So honestly, the consultation wasn’t very detailed either. I knew nothing at all about nose surgery, so I couldn’t ask anything about things like the materials or the surgical method. Even if I didn’t ask, I think they should at least have told me what materials they would use and what kind of method they would operate with, but there wasn’t any detailed explanation. For the design too, rather than asking for my opinion, the director just drew on my face on the day of surgery as he saw fit, and then I went into surgery. After the surgery, when the splint was removed, I properly checked my nose for the first time. But when I looked, my columella was slightly bent to the right. The nose line was also a straight nose, which was far from the straight-with-slight-curve line I had wanted. Also, my nose became longer, making my midface look long, and the nasal tip was pointed. But I just thought, “I guess that’s how it is.” I was really foolish. When I was told that the crooked columella could be like that because I was originally asymmetrical, I just thought, “Oh, I guess so.” Honestly, at that time I didn’t know much about plastic surgery, and I think I was just happy that I had gotten away from having a bulbous nose, so I didn’t pay much attention to those things. But now the state of my nose has become even more completely pointy, so when I smile, the nasal tip protrudes and it becomes a droopy, arrow-like nose That has been so stressful that I’m going around for consultations for revision surgery.. For the revision, I really hope my nose comes out in the shape I want.
