I'm a little worried about revision surgery to lower the line, so if possible, I'd like to leave the high line as it is and just fix the side that has come undone with buried sutures, since it causes less damage. Has anyone had revision surgery on only one side with buried sutures after previously having an incisional method?? I haven't seen any reviews of cases like that During revision consultations, only one out of six places said it was possible, so I'm torn. Even if I'm worried, would it be better to just match the lowered line and do incisional surgery on both sides? Also, does medial epicanthoplasty restoration need to be done before double-eyelid revision surgery?
