Since I’m based in Busan, I’d like to do it in Busan if possible, but even when I go for consultations, there don’t seem to be any places that talk about the columella? Is septal extension the same thing as bringing the columella out? I have a short nose, so they said they’d lengthen my short nose, but I’m not sure whether that includes bringing the columella out Everyone, make sure you research your first surgery carefully
