I had rhinoplasty and had an implant placed, but I removed it after 2 weeks.
It was silicone + ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and the surgery went well without complications, but I couldn’t get used to the glabella being too high for my facial image and the nasal bridge reflecting light.
Now my nose is back to its natural state, and only after experiencing surgery did I become satisfied with my own nose. I heard that with implants, the sooner they are removed after surgery, the fewer aftereffects there are.
I think the most important thing is always your own judgment.
