It’s been about 5 months since I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage + silicone,, Around the columella..? One side seems to be coming down especially, so I gently touch it with my hand and lift it up. Then it feels like it stays lifted for about a day,, I wonder if I’m imagining it.. or if there’s anyone here like me.. or maybe I’m being obsessive..
