My first surgery was over 10 years ago. The hospital disappeared years ago. I kept talking about revision surgery, then decided to try it before I get any older, so I booked consultations first while looking at reviews through an app, and joined this community belatedly. I was anxious because there were no reviews for the places I requested consultations at, but after the consultations, I suddenly wanted to hurry and do it. I was definitely planning to write a review, so I looked into places with review-writing discount conditions.

My nose is really a mess, but my wannabe is Shin Se-kyung, so it’s just a wannabe and honestly I don’t even expect it (I can’t, in good conscience) They said it would be technically difficult to realize, and instead gave other possible celebrity examples, which I was really grateful for. Because my nose is so botched, I didn’t know what direction to take, so I wished they had actively suggested things besides the direction I wanted to improve, but it was a bit disappointing that they were passive. The surgery explanation was brief, but the estimate was very reasonable, so that was good. Difference between donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage: 1.5 million won. After the consultation, this was the only place where the consultation manager contacted me.

Comparing the regular photos and CT scan made it easier to identify the problems. They analyzed the reasons for the previous surgery failure in detail. They said my first surgery was a mess (but this is really true.. ㅜ_ㅜ) and recommended that wherever I go, I should definitely have revision surgery. They actively suggested things beyond the surgery I had expected (suggested osteotomy beside the nose). They said it wasn’t essential and left the choice to me. They showed photos of similar cases. There was a detailed explanation of the surgery, and I was surprised that donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage cost the same. Estimate similar to A.
C. ㅎㅌ_ㅎㅅㅊ : CT scan O regular photo shoot X consultation fee X Total 1 hour including wait (weekday afternoon time slot) Satisfied with the consultant. They said the revision surgery difficulty is high, and with various additions, the estimate came out to twice that of A and B.. Until I heard the cost, my ears were flapping and I had already decided internally that I should do it here, but after hearing the cost and that the difficulty was high, I had a mental breakdown.. Compared to A and B, more surgery is added, and honestly, I do think I would need the additional surgery to have a complete nose on the second round. This was the only place that recommended taking contracture-relief medication. (They said I was the only one recently, but there are lots in consultation reviews? lol) The estimate came out so high that I wondered if this was basically telling me to go do it somewhere else. I asked first on my side whether there was any review-writing discount. Difference between donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage: 2 million won.
That’s it for today. I roughly took notes on my phone and wanted to post the review right away before I forgot, but I had fun consulting up to A and B, then after going to C I suddenly became depressed, tired, and lethargic.
Right now I’m smitten with the celebrity photo A suggested, so I want to do it at A. B said that once the surgery is decided, they would adjust the direction to match my wannabe photo.. C is.. depressing just to think about.
