I had my first surgery at 19 with the non-incisional suture method, then for revision I had incisional double-eyelid surgery and ptosis correction, and now 10 years have passed and I'm scheduled for a third surgery because of uneven eyes. If I say it's a third surgery, do they charge more than they did for the revision? I wanted to stop after the revision, but as time passed my eyes ended up becoming uneven sigh
