About 4-5 years ago, at a clinic in Garosu that no longer exists, I had double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method, plus epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty. Now the buried-suture area has come undone, and although my double eyelids were uneven even originally, they have gone back again. When I had the lateral canthoplasty, one side was cut slightly more, so my eyes became noticeably more uneven than before surgery. I’m not sure whether the area around the buried sutures is a granuloma, some kind of skin condition, or the threads have clumped together, but something lumpy has formed above the loosened line. I’m looking into revision surgery again. For reference, it has been a long time, so I wrote the surgery cost as an approximate amount.
