After my rhinoplasty failed, I was scared of revision surgery, so I gave up and lived like that for a year and a half, then decided to have surgery thinking this would be the last time in my lifeㅠㅠ I looked up every review of every hospital in Gangnam and went around for consultations for more than half a year. I was that scared of failing again, and I couldn’t find a hospital I liked either, so I thought I wouldn’t be able to have surgery.. I was like that… Then I went to one last hospital thinking it would be my last try, and after the consultation I was so satisfied that I set a date and had the surgery!! For the surgery, I had silicone for the nasal bridge, reused the existing cartilage, used additional ear cartilage, and had alar reduction together The things I was most concerned about were nasal asymmetry, the bumpy side profile, and a severe drooping, arrow-shaped nose. Especially because the silicone in my nasal bridge was too high, my nose looked too long and made me look olderㅠㅠ I’m a college student, but there were even people who sometimes thought I was an office worker…. What I liked most during the consultation was that even though I hadn’t told him the parts I wanted to fix, the director noticed them first and told me it would be good to improve those areas!! (Other hospitals said they couldn’t touch the shape of the nostril wings, but they did it hereㅠㅠ) Even after surgery, I went to the hospital about every other day and received treatment and swelling laser care!! The surgery ended well too, but this is the first time I’ve seen a hospital that takes care of things this much,,, I talked to my friends a lot because I was scared about getting revision rhinoplasty, and after seeing the results, all my friends are asking where I had it done haha I think I trusted them more because the director personally handled every part of the treatment process, and maybe because of that, I didn’t feel much anxiety after surgery either!!
