The manager and the director are both kind. However, they seem to pursue a natural look, which doesn’t really suit me. I had a revision because my double eyelid line was too low, but during the consultation they said, 'Your line is quite low,' and then right before surgery, they changed their words to, 'Your line is actually already on the high side.' As a result, my eyes are no different from before. They are kind, though. I was supposed to have surgery at 3, but I ended up lying on the operating table at 4, no one came in for an hour, and surgery started at 5
