Facial Contouring and Nose Consultation (ㄷㅇㅇ, ㄱㄹㅎ, ㄹㅁㅊ)

I wanted to get facial contouring and nose surgery together, so I went for consultations. The hospitals I went to were ㄷㅇㅇ, ㄱㄹㅎ, and ㄹㅁㅊ. The consultations were more smooth and comfortable than I expected. I went on a weekday, but there were still quite a lot of people. I thought it would probably be pretty tough for people going on the weekend;; Still, I didn’t wait long and was seen at my reserved time. The consultants were kind too, and there was no pressure on me! For the director consultations, there were places where I went in separately, and other places where the director came to the consultation room while I was sitting there. All hospitals recommended the chin tip and square jaw, and about one place recommended the cheekbones too? When I said I didn’t want to do cheekbones, they said I didn’t have to. They said that if I advance the chin after genioplasty, a slight retruded chin could also improve and it would probably be okay... They said a T-osteotomy would be good for balancing the chin. For the nose, they said it would be good to place a thin layer of silicone on the nasal bridge, and the recommended nasal tip materials differed slightly. Because my nose itself is small and short, most recommended silicone + costal cartilage. Also, after taking a CT, they saw my nose was slightly deviated, and if I had a dramatic rhinoplasty, my mouth could look crooked, so they also recommended deviated nose correction! They said that if I undergo nasal osteotomy and deviated nose correction, at first it may look noticeably asymmetric, but after a few months it becomes natural and balanced... Maybe this is why everyone says to just go for consultations first. I didn’t even know I had a deviated noseㅠㅋㅋ After going around, I’m also starting to narrow down which hospitals seem good, and even though I went without knowing much about the surgical methods, they explained things well, so it was good. I want to visit just the remaining hospitals, decide quickly, and have surgery!
