1-month review of philtrum-nose!!!!!!!

I was looking into philtrum reduction, and I also wanted to do the mouth corners, and while searching around I saw a lot of posts saying that if you do the philtrum, the nose can look upturned, so I worried about it Then I saw a few clinics that do something called philtrum-nose, where they can do the philtrum along with the nose and the whole line, so I diligently browsed plastic surgery apps and went for consultations I had my nose done somewhere else about a year ago, but maybe because I didn’t take good care of it afterward, I didn’t like it And thinking that if I did philtrum-nose, I could do both the nose I didn’t like and the philtrum I initially wanted, I thought I absolutely had to do it At the first consultation place I went to, I just liked it, so I booked right away and had surgery the next day Actually, things like the clinic facilities and the manager’s kindness are important too, but what made me decide on surgery was the consultation with the director, who made me feel quite at ease There are many places where it’s hard to even see the director’s face after surgery, but afterward, when checking progress and doing laser too, just like during the first consultation, the director smiled at me, so thanks to the director, even though I’m not the type to write reviews, I’m rambling on and writing this I’m a homebody and tend to swell easily, so it’s still not that other Gangnam? kind of nose, but it’s been a month, and whether it’s swelling plenty? or fat? anyway I like it Since this is my second nose surgery, I can compare, and this time even the nose line itself is different from a year ago! Oh and the philtrum I honestly didn’t know my philtrum was long, but as the mouth corners lifted and the philtrum got shorter, I’m so happy~
