While looking into clinics, maybe because it was winter, a lot of places were holding events, so I went around to several places after seeing their events.
I liked the semi-out line and wanted to do it that way. At the clinic, while the doctor was marking the line, he said it would be fully possible even with a non-incisional method, and that doing ptosis correction together would improve the sleepy-looking eyes and the lack of strength in my eyes, so I was diagnosed with only non-incisional ptosis correction and decided on surgery.
I liked that there was no overtreatment, and it was so interesting that he pinpointed exactly the line I wanted. On the day of surgery, he also checked carefully during the design, and I told him to please make sure my eyes didn’t look like a revision-on-revision case. The doctor was very kind and sweet and reassured me.
At first, when there was swelling, I wondered if it had gone well, but at 1 month the swelling went down a lot, and by 2 months it settled so naturally that it feels completely like my own eyes now. It’s nice when doing makeup, and I’ve gotten into buying eyeshadow. I think I understand why semi-out lines are trendy.
My younger sibling finished the college entrance exam and was looking into double eyelid surgery, so I recommended the same clinic lol. They say they’re having surgery this week. I hope it goes well.
