Before/after/after/after I had nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage. How does my side profile look at 1 year??? I think the nasal tip hasn't dropped and is holding up well?
The fat grafting to my forehead also seems to have taken well and is maintaining nicely, so I think my side profile looks even prettier lol Before my first surgery, I wondered if I really had to use autologous costal cartilage, but if it hadn't been autologous costal cartilage, the result might have been different now, and in the end I think the shape came out nicely, so I'm glad I did it lol
