Before and after* 2-month review of lower eyelid fat repositioning * Director Jang Wook at Objet Honestly, even right after surgery, my swelling and bruising weren’t severe, so my satisfaction was already at the highest level from week 1 after surgery. Still, compared with the 1-month mark, when I smiled or made exaggerated facial expressions, I had a slight pulling? feeling under my eyes, and that has decreased a lot! Of course, this was something the director had explained to me before surgery :) And overall, I think my eye shape line has become much more natural too! Lower eyelid fat repositioning really seems like the best cost-effective surgery. In my case, even without fat grafting, just lower eyelid fat repositioning improved my dark circles a lot, so I really highly recommend lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery to people who are considering it. Actually, when I was visiting clinics before surgery, every clinic recommended doing fat grafting together, so I wondered if I really needed fat grafting too.. I worried about it a lot! But Director Jang Wook suggested that fat grafting is a surgery that can also be done later, so I shouldn’t feel too pressured and should first try only repositioning, and that actually made me trust him more and decide on the surgery!
