I already had a basic nasal bridge, and I wasn’t interested in raising my nose by inserting an implant or anything like that. I simply wanted to correct only my hump nose. I felt resistant to surgery that involves inserting an implant, and when I was looking for a plastic surgery clinic, at that time Premier had tons of reviews on the app for implant-free surgery, though I don’t know whether it was advertising or what. So I had consultations at about 4 other hospitals too, but because of the words “implant-free,” I had surgery at Premier. It’s been 3 years since the surgery, but I haven’t had any major side effects, my nose line isn’t bad, and I’m living satisfied with it.
