Maybe because I had a morning appointment, I went expecting to wait up to an hour, but I waited less than 30 minutes, saw the consultant, and had a consultation with the director. Everyone says the consultant is kind, but for me she was the worst part.. And unlike the other places I visited for consultations, this was the only hospital that recommended an incision method.
