The director had a familiar, approachable image, so I felt comfortable during the consultation and surgery. However, even during the consultation, I was told in advance that my eyes would not be easy to operate on, but I am more dissatisfied with the result than I expected. Also, in terms of post-surgery service, even though I made an appointment and went, they made me wait for a long time and things like that, so I think they lacked kindness.
