Hi, everyone. Could I find out where is famous for bulbous nose surgery?? It will be my first surgery, and so far I’ve been to consultations at 2 places. The 1st said autologous rib cartilage + functional rhinoplasty for rhinitis. The 2nd said silicone, osteotomy, lowering the columella, and for the nasal tip they’d use ear cartilage or septal cartilage,,, Should I just not do it
