I think it was a hospital famous for double eyelids in Daegu. They were having an event, so I got ptosis correction and incision surgery for half price. When making the incision, the surgery was done with a laser instead of a scalpel, so I don’t think there was much bleeding. Because of that, I didn’t get much bruising around my eyes. The anesthesia was local anesthesia, so even with anesthesia it hurt a lot. I felt a lot of pulling on my eyes, and when they cauterized? with the laser, I think there was a smell like burning hair. I thought it wouldn’t hurt because of the anesthesia, but it hurt..ㅠ In the middle, I opened my eyes while the doctor checked and continued the surgery. I’m fairly satisfied with the result. Maybe because the hospital itself tends to create natural-looking lines, the eye shapes are a bit different on each side.. (When making the line, they don’t create it artificially; they make a slight incision and then let the rest form naturally on its own.) After the surgery, people around me said it looked natural. A lot of time has passed now, and my eyelids feel a bit droopy. Still, I think getting double eyelid surgery was a good decision.
