On the day of my very first surgery consultation, I went alone with my hopes all high.. but first of all, the large clinic had so many consultation rooms packed close together that it felt like a maze haha..ㅜ There were seriously so many rooms that I just followed the consultant around for quite a while But the rooms themselves weren't spacious, so when I finished consulting with the doctor and tried to leave, the door got caught on the chair and I barely got out lolㅠㅠ
Right before this place, I had gone to a small clinic, and there they first took photos of my face, analyzed things step by step, and the atmosphere was friendly, which I liked. But this place really felt like a factory.. It just drained me and I didn't really gain anything.. The doctor only showed his face briefly and proceeded roughly according to a manual. At first he said my eyes needed an incisional method, but when I hesitated because of the cost, he just told me to do the buried suture method instead. It felt like he had no sense of responsibility for the result and was just trying to get me to book surgery right away no matter what During the long time I was held there for the consultation, the explanation about the surgery and the Q&A were really lacking, so it didn't feel professional They kept repeating the same things, so when I said I'd think about it a bit and tried to leave, I also didn't like how they put down other clinics and talked as if this place was the best and I should just do it here.. The consultant pressured me to pick a date and pay the deposit right then, saying the surgical method could be changed later, and in the end she was almost talking to me like she was coaxing a child I made an excuse and barely got out, almost like escaping, but I wasted time and only felt upset, so I don't think I'll ever go to a large-scale clinic again.. The pressure was no joke and it really didn't suit me
