I wanted a dramatic, defined straight-to-slightly-upturned line. Was that something that couldn't be achieved with just one surgery..? Anyway, people around me say it looks natural, and when I compare it with my before photos, the columella looks shorter and the asymmetric parts seem to have improved a lot, so I don't regret it.. haha (even if I did regret it, it's too late) I had nose surgery + facial liposuction (with 4 threads inserted) + chin and salivary gland Botox together, so my facial swelling was seriously intense, but I walked 20,000 steps a day and recovered quickly!
