Review of revision breast surgery for capsular contracture (Lovelyan Plastic Surgery)

After<surgery after>After<surgery after>After<surgery after>Before<before surgery >It’s already been four months since I had revision breast surgery. 10 years ago, I had surgery with teardrop implants without even knowing the volume, and from 5 years ago I started having pain. -Hardness -Sharp, tingling pain -Shape deformity

Because I had to breastfeed, I tried to convince myself, “Surely I won’t need revision breast surgery, it’ll be fine,” but I couldn’t put it off any longer, so I visited Lovelyan Plastic Surgery and had a surgical consultation. I didn’t know whether the feel was hard because I don’t have chances to touch other people’s breasts, but I did know that the shape of my breasts looked different whenever I showered. Even during the consultation, hearing that I needed surgery right away made me hesitate.

Some hospitals said the capsule didn’t need to be removed, while others said it had to be removed. Meanwhile, I was stressed thinking about how flat my breasts would become after removing the implants, and in the end I decided to have revision breast surgery. I went to several hospitals, and I also said I had seen it in a community. That way, I felt like they paid a bit more attention too.

I won’t talk about the other hospitals because I didn’t have surgery there. (I went to both large hospitals and private clinics evenly.) The last place I went to was Lovelyan Plastic Surgery, and how should I put it... Unlike a big hospital, should I say they empathized with the patient? Since it was breast surgery, I went straight to the consultation room without waiting, and the consultant empathized with me, so maybe I ended up saying everything I had been keeping inside. lol I also felt reassured during the consultation with the director.

During my preoperative consultation with Director Kim Sang Beom, I said I didn’t want much, “Please do the surgery with the best implant and the best size!” and he said that was the hardest request, then carefully asked me about each thing one by one. He said he would remove as much of the capsule as possible, and he actually removed it completely. Every time I go for follow-up, I see the director and he checks my progress, and he tries to do one more thing for me, but I’m busy so I don’t go often. I think it’s better not to need to be seen because it turned out well.. lol Even though I was picky and a little sharp before surgery, they were always kind, and the surgical results were good too, so I’m writing this while recommending a hospital for revision breast surgery.
