Last Saturday, I went to Seomyeon ㅎㄴ Plastic Surgery for eye and nose consultations~ There was so much talk about there being a lot of brokers that I even considered not going for the consultation, but once I actually received it, it was okay.
First, for my eyes, I had incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction 7 years ago, and for my nose, because the bone was broken, I once had reduction surgery? at an ENT clinic, a surgery to align the bone so it would heal properly.
The consultation went CT -> ENT director -> consultation manager -> plastic surgery director.
ENT director consultation: rhinitis, deviated septum, cartilage smashed, nasal bone healed crooked. Not friendly. Just like, tap-tap- this is how it is-- this is what you should do--
Consultation manager: neither especially kind nor unkind. Maybe she likes saying you’re getting the maximum benefits, because she kept saying it. It was good that she didn’t tell me to do a review event. She said my forehead is completely flat and told me to do my forehead too.. hahaha
Plastic surgery director Eyes: The inner-front part is a little thick, so remove the existing line and make an incisional line all the way to the end. He said the right side of the ptosis correction had indeed come undone and recommended doing it again. Dual canthoplasty is impossible because there is no space. He said he could align the degree of asymmetry in the height of the outer eye corners with lower canthoplasty.
Nose: Hump osteotomy, 4 mm silicone implant, osteotomy of the deviated part of the septum to raise the nasal tip (ear cartilage if insufficient), and basic nasal tip connection suturing are needed. He said a slight nostril reduction would be good.
Forehead: He said that after nose surgery, taping and such could press on it, so once the nose settles, I should think about it again then. I liked the director’s consultation the most. He caught exactly the parts I wanted, and it was good that he told me the parts that didn’t seem necessary didn’t need to be done. He was also kind, approachable, and has a cute impression.. For the nose line, I just listed off the feeling I had in my head, and he said he understood what style I liked and drew it right away... But it’s hard to find reviews, so I’m a bit conflicted. It seems like he was scouted from ㄴㄹㅇ and came to ㅎㄴ, and his name is Director Choi Jun-seok.. Friends who have had it done, please tell me some reviews.
