For sausage eyes, do you absolutely have to do the two-line technique?

I had my first surgery with an incisional method, and I don’t think it’s that the swelling isn’t going down, but that the line was just set too high I heard this is called sausage eyes. To lower the line, is the two-line technique the only option no matter what? For eyes that were done by incision, would incision not work again.. I’m planning to get revision surgery, and while looking around cafes, I saw that Director Yoo Kyung-han at ㄱㄴ is famous for lowering eyelid lines. From the reviews, it looked natural even when the eyes were closed.. Including this place, I want to narrow down hospitals to go for consultations. Where else should I look? If possible, please recommend places with long experience that design naturally well
