I had the surgery in early April 2021, impulsively, because I was blinded by the event discount price. It wasn’t so much that my cheekbones hurt, but I had bloody sputum from anesthesia side effects for 2 weeks, so that was tough....
Until early 2022, I had intermittent pain at the surgical site, so I went back to the hospital a few more times. Every time I went, the director kindly examined me.
Now the pain is completely gone. I guess it was just a temporary side effect.
Anyway, people around me saw that my asymmetry had been corrected and asked if I had gotten meridian massage. They have no idea I had surgery..ㅋㅋㅋ only I know..
My cheekbones weren’t big before surgery, so it’s not very noticeable that the cheekbones went in. But the asymmetry was corrected dramatically.
Before surgery, when I took photos with the rear camera, my face looked distorted like a smashed potato. Now I look human.
As for the side effect of skin sagging, I guess it can’t really be helped; the area around my mouth has sagged a little. It doesn’t bother me much.
And.. I also got under-eye fat repositioning from the same director, but it feels like it wasn’t fully done, so I’m planning to get revision surgery somewhere else.
