I was really nervous before surgery, but the director and staff comforted me and told me not to be nervous, so I was able to get it done relatively comfortably(?) I had both a hump nose and an arrow nose, and although my nasal bridge isn’t high, I wanted a natural look, so I chose implant-free surgery! Especially on my face, I felt that if my nose were even a little too high or flashy, it would look very out of place. The director also said implant-free surgery would probably be better, so I didn’t put in silicone, and now that it’s almost been a month, I’m really satisfied.
Fortunately, it was possible without osteotomy, and the swelling wasn’t severe, and I barely had any bruising. I heard that they would perform the surgery with as little bleeding as possible, and I think that’s probably why. Even without nasal packing, the inside of my nose was swollen and stuffy, so if I had had packing too, I really wouldn’t have been able to sleep and would have gone crazy...
It wasn’t a severe hump, but even though it was implant-free, there isn’t any visible bumpiness or unevenness. Maybe because they corrected the nasal tip well, the arrow-nose look is gone too. Last week, I even had the internal stitches removed, and because the director checks everything carefully every time, I don’t really feel anxious about anything. I heard that at some hospitals, after surgery, the director doesn’t even check the progress, and it’s hard to meet them separately. Of course, there are probably many hospitals that aren’t like that, but I realized that until the post-surgery stabilization period, it’s really important that they take responsibility and keep checking on you like this.
Also, in the beginning, because of swelling, my nasal tip looked lifted, but it’s gradually coming down! I saw a lot of people here saying less than a week after surgery that they thought they had become upturned-nosed, and I want to tell them that it’s all swelling
From the start, rather than a flashy pretty nose, I wanted a safe surgery + a pretty nose that naturally suits my face, so I chose Yoo Won Il, and I think it’s a hospital that would suit people who want the same thing as me or who value facial harmony.
Later, once even the residual swelling goes down and it settles properly, it’ll look much more natural than now, right? I’m going to keep watching the progress and taking care of it!
