I had medial epicanthoplasty reconstruction in 2018. Before that, I had medial epicanthoplasty, and seeing too much of the lacrimal lake was so stressful, so I had reconstruction, but it did leave a lot of scarring Still, the lacrimal lake doesn’t show much, so I’m just putting up with it and living with it. But it became a ㄷ-shaped appearance. It’s not to the point where it bothers me a lot, but I don’t recommend it.
