Since function matters to me, I somehow felt trust there The before-and-after photos were also natural and to my taste, so without knowing much I even set a surgery date, then after learning about functional rhinoplasty methods I canceled It seemed like a complicated and contradictory surgery, so I thought I’d judged too hastily
The director didn’t explain a lot, and since this was my first consultation I also didn’t know what to ask, but the director also didn’t seem like the type to proactively explain things Still, the before-and-after photos, which looked natural and subtly prettier, were so much my style that for now this is my first pick.

The ㄱㄴ branch was definitely wider and cleaner, and it seemed to focus a bit more on cosmetic surgery than function. The director also seemed confident, noticed the parts I was worried about in advance, explained how he would supplement them, and reassured me.
If judging only by consultation, the ㄱㄴ branch wins by far, but ㄱㄴ branch seems to have a style that looks a bit more obviously operated on and more glamorous than the ㅅㅅ branch, so for now I’m holding off.

2. ㅍㄹㅅ This is also an ENT clinic. It seemed like they specialize in revision surgery, a lot of broadcasters go there too, and I went because a model recommended it to me. Maybe because of that, they’re almost at the level of creating a nose. The nasal bridge starts very high and the nose line is like a roller coaster Too much. It looked like they were pulling the skin up with everything possible. It doesn’t match current trends or my style, so pass.
For reference, the director’s style seemed very firm, so even if I asked for something natural, I don’t think it would work. The consultation also felt too much like upselling.. I went twice for consultation, but avoid,,, I think cosmetic surgery alone was 3.8 million won,, function separate

They advertise a lot and the building is big, so I was cautious at first, but they consulted very diligently The ENT director also honestly told me that because my facial asymmetry is severe, there are limits to correcting my crooked nose. He kept asking if there was anything else I was curious about, which was good. They said they proceed under general anesthesia Open approach, shaving the hump, crushed donated costal cartilage for the nasal bridge + septal cartilage for columellar support
Price is 5 million won including function + cosmetic surgery
4. ㅋㅇㅋ This is also an ENT clinic, but it’s in Bundang, and they don’t do cosmetic surgery. Instead, a university hospital professor who is very good at septal correction comes for outpatient care (Director ㄱ). My sister, who is a doctor, recommended it to me. The method is not removing the septal cartilage, but taking it out, straightening it, and suturing it back in. I’m thinking of giving up cosmetic surgery for a while and just getting septal correction.
Because after looking into it, I realized function and cosmetic surgery are in a mutually contradictory relationship. If a house building is crooked, you pull out the pillar base and straighten it, then add columns on top of the roof to extend it? You’re adding an extension to a weakened first-floor building… I wonder if this contradictory situation, where cosmetic surgery may actually interfere with function, really makes sense. He was cool. The only place that said they would use silicone for the nasal bridge. For reference, this director operates on the condition that there will be a second surgery, so he thinks silicone, which forms a capsule, is actually better. I want surgery to be finished in one go and I also have resistance toward silicone, so pass. Estimate was 4.5 million won
6. ㅇㅍㄹㅅ This is also a plastic surgery clinic. First, there were lots of people in the lobby and the waiting time was the longest. I went because I heard they’re good at functional rhinoplasty, and the doctor was kind, explained well, and seemed trustworthy. He explained the condition of my septum well. He said not to do nostril reduction because it would make breathing difficult. I liked that he said he would shave the hump and do the nasal bridge without an implant. I could feel that he was choosing the best option for my nose’s situation. I think that’s possible because his skills support it. Rather than bluntly saying, “What can’t be done can’t be done!” it felt more like choosing the next-best option or saying, “Let’s try to make it work~”
But here, the director is kind, while the consultation process is a bit unfriendly And to my eyes, the noses of people sitting in the lobby after surgery looked a bit excessive.. It’s a shame, but I’ll probably pass.. The director seems skilled, but not my style.. Open approach. It was 4.4 million won, but with some 50,000 won deposit/review thing they lowered it to the 3 million won range;;
